Unclaimed items found and delivered to us within the Kayseri University campus and items belonging to our university staff or students delivered to us are collected in the Lost and Found office established within our Directorate. The items are received with a report, information about the owner is searched for in the items and it is examined whether the owner has an application. When information about the owner of the item is found, the owner is immediately contacted and the item is delivered with a report.

If you have lost an item on or off campus, please contact us. You can either come to our office in person and make a lost and found application or send an e-mail to the e-mail address below. You will receive a positive or negative response via e-mail.

In your applications, providing detailed descriptions of your items that cannot be identified will make it easier for us to work.

For example, when you lose a bag without your ID, the brand of your bag, if any, the color of your bag, whether it has a strap, whether it has a zipper or snap fastener, and the items inside will be decisive.
